The Process
At Connie Youngblood and Associates we understand that each organization and its people have a unique culture and blend of leadership capability. To perform their best those leaders must learn to work together to meet their organizational and personal goals.
Given this diversity, Connie Youngblood & Associates believes that the optimal way to engage with any organization involves a flexible, customized approach. On the front end of an assignment we strive to work with our clients to understand their business and their people. We have found this methodology to better focus our efforts and reduce the time to achieve the desired leadership results.
Our programs are based on a four-phase approach that seeks to use Connie Youngblood & Associates passion for taking people to a higher level than they thought possible. And through those individual successes organizations make the transition to leadership excellence. It fully engages clients at the onset of the project to establish a proper foundation and understanding of where they stand and builds a solid plan for creating breakthroughs.
1 - Assessment Working with the leadership team we conduct interviews with key stakeholders in the organization. This includes an assessment of the organizational capability, strengths and weaknesses and overall business strategy. This enables us to establish a current benchmark from which to measure future impact.
2 - Goals With an understanding of the current state of the leadership and business, we work to set a future state of how the organization intends to function and interact in the longer term. Following the assessment phase we meet with the leadership team to review the current status and from this discussion we ask where the organization sees itself in future timeframes.
3 - Program Development The customized program developed for each customer is designed to overcome the weaknesses inherent in the current leadership group and to move it to the next level of performance. Among the considerations is the ability of the leadership team to communicate effectively with each other and their respective parts of the organization.
4 - Breakthroughs The true measure of our value relates to how well the people and the organization make the transition in performance to the next level.
