We are experienced, senior-level consultants who work with management teams to create breakthroughs in performance. People are promoted based on their technical expertise not their interpersonal skills. Our passion involves helping people and organizations make the transition to strong leaders with technical ability. Some management teams are good, most are average to poor, and a rare few are really great. Connie Youngblood, President and CEO

 

Connie works with senior executives to create sustainable breakthroughs in their performance and subsequently in their organization’s performance. Connie has twenty years of broad-based business experience with fifteen years in consulting with an emphasis on executive coaching and leadership team development.

 

Connie’s business experience includes management consulting for a technology services company and various management roles including division controller. Connie has a diverse range of clients that include Flowserve, Kennametal, Loomis, HP Enterprise Solutions, GE Energy, Koch Foundation, and BNSF.

 

Connie earned her coaching credentials through the Art and Science of Behavioral Coaching program from MGA & Associates and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner from NLP Learning Systems. She has certified in Advanced Language Patterning and has achieved Certified Trainer Associate from The NLP Connection under Chris Hall, one of the world’s foremost linguistic experts. Certified Facilitator for Conflict Management and Courageous Conversations through Marsha Clark and Associates. She is also a Certified CORE MAP and Leadership Circle facilitator. Connie received her BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
